Understanding the complaints process.

At Accounting for Nature, we prioritise the integrity of our Accounting for Nature® Framework and associated Certification system. To ensure transparency and accountability, we have developed robust procedures for welcoming, investigating, and resolving Complaints and Appeals.

We view all Complaints and Appeals as opportunities for improvement. Our commitment extends to monitoring and continually improving all aspects of our activities, as well as those of our stakeholders and Certified Environmental Account holders.

Our Accounting for Nature® Complaints Process offers a structured approach to managing and resolving Complaints related to the Accounting for Nature® Framework.

We aim to address formally accepted Complaints, which do not require on-site investigation, within 30 days.

How to lodge a complaint.

To lodge a complaint, please complete the Notice of Complaint or Appeal Form. Before submitting your complaint or appeal, we recommend reviewing the Accounting for Nature® Complaints Process to ensure it meets all necessary conditions for assessment.
