Pollack Ag Pty Ltd is a family-owned farming enterprise spanning 265 ha at Left Arm in the Riverina, Southern New South Wales. Geoff and Sam Pollack are first generation sheep farmers committed to improving the land and environmental condition of their property while supporting the greater ecological system. Supported by the Living Carbon Program, the Environmental Account has been developed alongside a 12.12 ha carbon planting project registered with the Clean Energy Regulator under the ACCU Scheme Environmental Plantings Pilot 2014 method.

The aim of the plantings is to restore a Blakely's Red Gum and Yellow Box grassy woodland, and deliver livestock shelterbelts, wildlife corridors that enhance native biodiversity, and reduce erosion along creek beds. Selected species including Yellow Box, Blakely's Red Gum, White Box and Apple Box will also provide habitat for locally threatened wildlife such as the vulnerable Superb Parrot.

The Environmental Account boundary consists of two separate parts of the property eligible for planting that align with the Living Carbon project boundary, with exclusion areas removed to ensure only active regeneration areas are monitored. This provides an independent and transparent record of environmental outcomes, informing regenerative land management decisions and supporting biodiversity improvements beyond carbon sequestration alone.
